Finally some pictures!

King of the dugout! Aaron is sitting beside Amy's oldest boy, William. You all remember Amy from us growing up together and still getting into loads of fun!

Safe on first base!

Look at that pro swing! That ball went at least 10 feet! Ha Ha. What he lacks in power he makes up for in speed! He can outrun anybody to first base!

With all the hard work you have to have a Gatorade break!

Aaron is in action! The ball was just hit his way and he is in hot pursuit!

Here is Aaron in the "ready" position waiting for the ball!

Hey guys, Judy took some pictures for me since I am without a camera still. Does anyone have a recommendation on what type of camera to buy? Anyway I thought I would post some pictures of the boys in action!

Hey guys long time no post! Needless to say I have not stopped long enough to write anything! We are in full swing soccer and t-ball. Aaron has games two nights a week and Jared practices soccer two nights a week. Add in church on Wednesday nights and we don't any breathing room! I wanted to post our new family picture. We just had them taken for our church directory. I always go ahead and buy some even though they are a bit pricey because I know I will never get my boys together and color coordinated on a regular basis. Brian always wants to wait and go to Sears later on but I know he won't do it! So I buy the pictures and pay the high price but who cares! Plus..... Olan Mills will erase my wrinkles!!!! That's a deal. Who needs a face lift when they can just erase the wrinkles! I think it turned out great. The boys are very easy to photograph. They have very easy going personalities and it's easy to get a great shot of them. Well, it's family night tonight. I rented movies and we are cooking steaks. I need this! Relaxation, rest, and recovery from a full week. Pray for Caleb, TAKS test is Tuesday and Wednesday of next week!

Love to all,
JJ

Tornados, FLDS, CNN, OH MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, what is up with us the family since April 1st last post....you ask! Plenty! First we dodged a tornado last week. It jumped, skipped, and bounced around us but didn't hit us. We got the boys up around midnight and put them in the hallway with pillows and blankets. They all fell back to sleep and didn't thought they were all having the same dream! One business was missing a whole wall in the storm. We had insulation from that building at our church which is over 20 blocks away. Most of our fences were torn down at the church. One metal fence had the neighbors wooden fence stuck through the side of it. We lost a few shingles off the roof but that was all the damage at the church. Our house came through fine. In fact we didn't get much of anything. We sat up for about 30 minutes and then went back to bed. It was a very fast moving storm. In the middle of it all, I realized my tummy was killing me and figured out I had caught Jared stomach virus. I ended up missing work on Friday because of it. It was a long lasting, just feel yucky all the time junk. I hate those kinds.
Hey, have you seen our 30 seconds of fame on CNN. I can't believe they are interviewing our local reporters on CNN! Wow! Wayne and Judy, Brian's mom and dad are helping out with feeding all of the women and children from the FLDS sect. They are having a good time with the Southern Baptist Disaster relief workers. They fix breakfast mostly. They have to been there at 5:00 A.M. and crack about 140 dozen eggs for one breakfast! I can't imagine that! The women and children have all been really grateful and seem to be getting along well. I know that most of the women each have 7 or 8 kids and they are very young girls for the most part. It's really very sad. We are praying for everyone this Thursday as the judge decides what to do with all of the children.
Our little home town has really been hopping lately hasn't it! We have just been working, homeworking, playing soccer, and playing T-ball. Other than that life is boring!!!!! LOL! Well, I had better go to bed now! I'll write more soon! Love ya all!

Easter 2008
